I'm tired of a few things about my old case, and I'm looking into a new ones, so I'd like to run some ideas by you all.

Here's are some that are at a local retailer of mine.

Antec 300 Mini Tower Gaming Case
Thermaltake V3 ATX Mid Tower Case
Fractal Deisgn R2 Mid Tower Silent Case

I'm leaning to the Antec only because it seems many have ordered the case and have been cool with it. The Fractal Design reminds me of Marc's Case but for less. I also can't really afford to get a $100+ case when I don't have a hardcore rig that needs and obscene amount of secondary drives. I'd like something in the $40-70 range, and that's in CND$ cause I'm not gonna order from the states and get a ton of duty.
I'll have an extra fan and my GFX card is already a silent model, so while a silent case would be cool I think my hardware is already really quite. So to be clear the plan is to gut my old case and put my desktop in something new, mostly because it's on the floor so I need some upper USB inputs not on the floor, and I can do with something cooler looking.

Also, any tips that I should look out for when getting a case IE making sure my parts all fit in it are welcome.

Something Lian Li. Quality to the max. You will never need another case again.

See also my latest build;

I've never handled that model specifically, but it's hard to find a bad Termaltake.

I talked with my friend who works at NCIX, and he recommended the Thermaltake too, since it comes with a power supply made from them too. He'll also get me his employee rate, so I'm likely gonna pick that up.
There was a case comparable to the Lian Li there too, I think for maybe 100$ or so, but also tool less.

Lain Li cases are great for way more reasons than being tool less. For mine; massive expansion space, air flow design, insane quality, no tools, front door (lockable too), etc!

I decided to throw out my budget on craigslist to see what I can get. Updates when something happens.

I don't understand. Why aren't you on Newegg looking for stuff. You should be on Newegg and nowhere else.

I have. No money.
I'm trying to get that Antec 300 for 20$. Or whatever. Plus that case is 70$ on Newegg while 50$ at the NCIX I first linked to. I'm not diggin Newegg prices. I'm a Thrift-ster Hipster.
