Most of the stage stuff you see is placeholder. We are still designing the characters and areas that will be in the final game.

Of course they fucking are.

Posting a screenshot of a backdash means he has coded backdashing into the game, a screenshot of a save point means he has coded the ability to create save file into the game, so on and so forth. It's only common sense. These aren't just mock-ups, you know.

Also, most of the Richter sprites you see are new poses(Such as standing with hands on hips, whipping diagonally, and whipping downward), and ARE custom, and made by me. So yes, there is custom graphics.

I've had almost no experience with people who actually make good fangames, so I didn't know. I also don't play Castlevania games, so I wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway. Tis why I asked. Don't blame me, blame my environment. I mean, it looks so real and professional...
