These updates were ready a while ago, but because of the website being modified I have not posted them on the current website yet. The website still needs some work, but its taking a while so I figured to release some of the screen shots from that update.

Various candles available for item fun? Nice.
A new area with unique archetecture and what looks like a three-dimensional background? Nice.
Still can't see the Succubus's tits? Poor.

The "new area" is actually from Order of Ecclesia, the newest game in the series.
Sadly, we don't have enough pixel artists to start assigning tile sets yet.

It just occurred to me: do you have a retro stage where you are in CV1 for a very brief period of time and endure the first stage in all of its 8-bit goodness? </hint>

The difference in character sizes would make that very awkward if strictly translated. Not to mention classic and new style stairway mechanics are completely different. That said, I did have the classic CV1 stairway and keep as an early test map.

I dig, the "hint" was mre satire. It would actually be more ridiculous than cool to be a 32 or 64-bit character tromping around in an 8-bit stage.
